Alice In Chains (Alternative)
Layne Staley (RIP, 4/19/02) had a perfect voice for the grunge type of music this band plays. Such songs as "Man In The Box" and "Rooster" still being played almost a decade after they were written shows something about the band itself.

Bad Religion (Alternative)
Wow, this band just amazes me. These guys are punk rockers with an ACTUAL STATEMENT! If you ever get the chance check out the essays on their website (http://www.badreligion.com). These guys are damn'd smart and write very well, I strongly recommmend this band to anybody.

Powerful 80's rock band that is going strong well into the 90's and 00's. Richie Sambora does amazing things with a guitar too. Especially when he is on that damn'd 12 string!

I'm gonna be blunt here.. I love this band. Robin Zander can really sing and Rick Nielsen does some of the coolest guitar riffs I've ever heard. Plus they wrote the greatest love song ever - "I want you to want me", you can't beat that!
