Hepcat - Country Time (3:19)
Ok this reggae song is just cool. I don't know why, it just is! It's got a nice upbeat going for it and very
happy sounding. The drummer keeps tapping on the symbol all the time. Then this crazy jazzy sax starts playing
a cool riff. Then this mad trumpet comes on the scene... watch out! Then the rastafarian guys starts singing again.
Last, a guitar fades out the end. All around good song!
Trigun - H.T. (1:30)
This is just a pure rock out song with a few bits that sound like Porno for Pyros but that's still cool, not gonna
stop me from listening.
Westwood Studios - Jank (3:46)
Music from RA2, you simply can't go wrong.
Alice in Chains - No Excuses (4:15)
Damn! I love this song, I love a lot of stuff by Alice in Chains though... The opening snare drum on this song
just gets me going. Plus the chorus is freaking dead on, it rounds off the song perfect.
Madonna - La Isla Bonita (3:48)
Well shit, I reviewing a Madonna song. Just listening to this song makes me think of some scantily clad woman
dancing on some remote island beach. Even scarier.. I think I like the song!
Johnny Rebel - In Coontown (2:29)
Unfortunatly all the recordings of Johnny Rebel are off old LP's and of quite poor quality. These songs of really
funny, especially if you like racist music. If you live in the valley, you might actually find some of this song true.
If by chance you have the time download some of this other works, such as "Rebel Soldier" or "Keep Working a Big Jim".
Herb Alpert - Rise (7:37)
Herb Alpert has to be on of the greatest smooth jazz/ rock jazz artists out there. This song has it all, trumpets,
jazzy drums, and hand claps... HAND CLAPS!!!!!
Goldfinger - Rio (2:58)
This is a cover of a (I think...)Duran Duran song. This version is much better... the 80's version, well, just sucks
goat balls, at least compared to this. The beat is typical punk.
Cheap Trick - The Flame (3:38)
Best song of all time, I love this song a lot! I must have like five different versions of it. It comes from one of the
worlds best bands of all eternity... Cheap Trick. Damn I love this song... it rocks my world.
Bad Religion - Infected (4:07)
One of those crazy "popular" songs by an awesome group. No particular reason I like this song, just sounds good.
Eric Clapton, Allan Holdsworth, Jeff Beck, Steve Morse - Tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughn (4:35)
Wow, is that title long enough? If you love to listen to pure guitar this is for you! Ooooooohhh man so many
guitar greats are playing in this one song! It's fucking RAD! (wow... I said rad...)
Scatman John - Invisible John (3:26)
Now this guy is just freaking nuts! He does this thing called "scatting" (isn't scat some sort of animal crap?) in all his
songs. The song has a good beat and some good lyrics, I might actually recommend it to someone. UPDATE:OK, I looked into
this "scatting" thing. According to the dictionary, scatting is "Jazz singing in which improvised, meaningless syllables are sung to a melody." It also
happens to be slang for poop! (And people who eat poop... freaking nasty man.... Scatshack <-WARNING!!! THAT SITE IS NASTY!
I'm always adding to this thing... check back!
